Haitian - American New York City native, Chef Sabine early in her life chose a career in Human Services. Her journey began by aiding the underserved communities of Long Island and NYC. For over 12 years, she worked throughout supportive housing, foster care, corrections and food insecure communities providing health & wellness programing, education materials, and marketing campaigns. Her work was instrumental in the food box distribution program providing food demonstration and healthy ingredients to hundreds of East Harlem residence.
During this time she found her true passion for uniting people through food. She understood that food is the best instrument to bring people together and build community. In 2016 she began a new journey as a self-trained Private Chef/ Caterer. Bringing together her love and passion for flavor, people, food and community Chef Sabine infuses home cooking with fine dining without ever compromising flavor for fancy.
